Site blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.
Additionally featured in this recent document release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and contains a legend detailing various parts of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Further images made public as part of the continuing oversight process.
